To be considered for return, a book must be in pristine, original condition exactly as it was received. This means the book should be completely unmarked, unread, and free from any signs of use or damage.

The return window is strictly limited to 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. We calculate this period from the original delivery date, using the postmark of the return shipment as the verification point. This timeframe allows customers ample opportunity to review their purchase while maintaining the book’s resale value. It’s important to note that partial refunds are not available, and the entire book must be returned to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

Initiating a return requires careful attention to detail. Customers must first contact our customer service team to obtain a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Refund Processing

Our refund process is designed to be transparent and efficient. Once we receive the returned book, our team will conduct an initial review within three business days. Assuming the book meets all return criteria, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, with the full book price being reimbursed. However, shipping costs remain non-refundable.

Special Circumstances

We recognize that unique situations may arise. For damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue within three days of delivery. Detailed photographic evidence is required, and we guarantee either a full refund or a replacement. In these cases, TCP will cover the return shipping costs for verified defects.
